I started cosplaying around summer of 2010.

I first started off by taking photos of myself with the self timer of a point and shoot camera LOL. I thought those photos were the bomb! Like the coolest photos everrr. My sewing skills were pretty bad back then, and I really had no idea what I was doing YAY xD! Later that summer, I went to my first convention, and I decided to ask my best friend to come along and she enjoyed taking photos. And then that's how we started. I did have a cosplay group consisting of four people, but we disbanded quickly. So then it was just my photog and me and still just us xD! Yea… At the time, we were still taking photos with the point and shoot. My photog got another Sony point and shoot camera, and we seriously thought that it was the best thing in the world. But then we realized that our photos were crappy!! So I worked over the summer and finally I bought a Canon T2i with a standard lens. However, we had no idea how to work the thing. Then we later came to the realization that we needed something better than the standard lens because we weren't getting the results that we wanted. So my photog decided to buy a 50mm f/1.8 prime lens. It took a while to get used to. With the prime lens, we were severely confused because we had to stand really far from each other. Recently, we worked together to purchase the Tamron 17-75mm f/2.8 lens. LOL Camera played a biig role in my cosplay adventure xD.
I hope I'll be able to do much better cosplays

I can't be Lycorisa without my best friend/childhood friend, the photog^^!!

! We would like to wish the best to you all^^!! Happy New Year~!!
